Question 1

“I run marketing at a regional bank. How would Hourglass help us?”

Answer
Partly answered

The financial services page covers approval steps and audit history for campaigns, and Marketing Hub covers segments, journeys and campaign reporting. Nothing describes how a bank's marketing team would use Hourglass, such as segments built from products held or the Campaign Agent drafting bank campaigns, and none of the banking stories is led by marketing or reports campaign results.

Add a bank marketing card to "Built for regulated teams" on /solutions/financial-services

Who needs it: Marketing teams at banks and credit unions
Section: /solutions/financial-services › Built for regulated teams

What is missing:
- No description of how a bank's marketing team builds segments, for example from products held, balances or life events.
- The Campaign Agent and Marketing Hub are not mentioned anywhere on the financial services page.
- No example of a typical bank campaign, such as cross-sell or onboarding, running through review steps.

Where: Update this section: Add a third card beside "Approvals where you need them" and "The service members expect".
Related sections: Everything marketing needs, on one record · An agent that drafts. A team that decides.

What to do:
1. Confirm with product which banking data, such as products held and account events, can drive segments and journeys.
2. Add a card on bank marketing campaigns that covers segments, the Campaign Agent's drafts and compliance review, with a link to /products/marketing.

Done when: /solutions/financial-services has a card explaining how bank marketing teams segment customers and run reviewed campaigns, linking to Marketing Hub.
