Question 1

“I run marketing at a regional bank. How would Hourglass help us?”

Answer
Partly answered

The financial services page covers campaign approval steps and an audit trail, and Marketing Hub's tools are covered on its own page. The site never shows how a bank's marketing team would build member or client campaigns, and no banking story reports marketing results.

Add a bank marketing card to /solutions/financial-services

Who needs it: Financial services (banks, credit unions and insurers)
Section: /solutions/financial-services › Built for regulated teams

What is missing:
- No card describes how a bank's marketing team builds member or client campaigns, such as segments from the products and accounts a customer holds.
- The Campaign Agent drafting bank campaigns for compliance review is not described for marketing teams.

Where: Update this section: add a third card beside "Approvals where you need them" and "The service members expect".
Related sections: Everything marketing needs, on one record

What to do:
1. Confirm with product which bank marketing use cases are supported, such as segmenting by products held and drafting campaigns for compliance review.
2. Add the card with its supporting lines and a link to /products/marketing.

Done when: /solutions/financial-services has a card explaining how bank marketing teams build and approve campaigns, linking to Marketing Hub.

Here's how Hourglass fits marketing at a bank: campaigns built on one record of every member and client, with approval steps and an audit trail your compliance team can check. It also shows Marketing Hub's tools and how the Campaign Agent drafts plans your team reviews and approves.
