Question 1

“What does Service Hub do, and how do I set SLA response targets?”

Answer
Partly answered

The site explains what Service Hub does: help desk, Customer Agent, knowledge base, customer portal, surveys and service reports, including response-time reporting. It never says whether or how SLA response targets can be set, such as targets by priority or channel, business hours or breach alerts.

- How targets are set (by priority, team, channel or customer) is not explained.
- Business hours, breach warnings and escalation when a target is missed are not mentioned.
- How SLA performance shows up in service reports is not described.

What to do:
1. Confirm with product whether Service Hub supports SLA targets, which plans include them and how admins configure them.
2. Add the new section with the confirmed setup steps and options, and link it from the Help desk and Service reports cards.
3. Add a short SLA setup guide to the Guides section on /resources if product confirms the feature.

Done when: /products/service has a section explaining whether SLA response targets exist, how they are set and how breaches are flagged and reported.
