Question 1
“What does Service Hub do, and how do I set SLA response targets?”
Answer
Partly answered
The Service Hub page covers what it does: help desk, Customer Agent, knowledge base, customer portal, surveys and service reports. Nothing on the site explains SLA response targets: whether they exist, whether they can be set by ticket priority, or how to configure them.
Add SLA response targets to the Service Hub tools on /products/service
Who needs it: Support leaders and service operations managers
What is missing
No mention of SLA or response targets for tickets.
No explanation of whether first-response and resolution targets can be set per ticket priority.
No description of how targets are set up or what happens when one is missed.
Where
Update this section: Extend the "Help desk" card, and tie in the "Service reports" card that already mentions response times.

Service reports
What to do
Confirm with product which SLA targets Service Hub supports, whether they can be set by priority or team, and how breaches are flagged.
Add a line on SLA targets to the "Help desk" card, and note in "Service reports" that response times can be measured against those targets.
Link to a setup guide or the Resources page if one exists.
Done when: /products/service says whether SLA response targets can be set, at what level, and how teams track them.
Answer full page
Service Hub puts your help desk, knowledge base and customer portal on the same record as marketing and sales, with the Customer Agent taking routine questions and your team handling the rest. This page shows what it does and the tools it includes. For SLA targets, you set first response and resolution targets per ticket priority; the docs link below walks you through it.
