Question 1

“I run marketing at a regional bank. How would Hourglass help us?”

Answer
Partly answered

The financial services page covers approval steps for campaigns, an audit trail and stories from a bank, a credit union and an insurer, and Marketing Hub lists the general campaign tools. The site never shows how a bank's marketing team would use segments, journeys or the Campaign Agent with banking data, and no banking story reports marketing results.

What is missing:
- No description of how bank marketers build segments from banking data such as products held or account activity.
- No mention of the Campaign Agent drafting bank campaigns that then go through compliance review.
- No link from the financial services page to Marketing Hub.

Where: Update this section: add a third card beside "Approvals where you need them" and "The service members expect".

What to do:
1. Confirm with product which banking data can drive marketing segments and journeys.
2. Write a card on segments, journeys and Campaign Agent drafts for bank campaigns, tied to the existing review steps.
3. Link the card to /products/marketing.

Done when: /solutions/financial-services has a card explaining how a bank's marketing team runs segmented, reviewed campaigns in Hourglass.
