Question 1

“Is there a manufacturer that got paid faster with Hourglass?”

Answer
Partly answered

The site has manufacturing customer stories, including Suzuki's 34% faster quote turnaround, and describes the quote-to-cash process. No story on /customers or elsewhere reports a manufacturer getting paid faster, such as shorter time to payment or fewer days to collect.

Add a payment-speed result to the Suzuki story on /customers

Who needs it: Manufacturing finance leaders (this visitor: Whirlpool Corporation)
Section: /customers › Suzuki (card)

What is missing:
- No manufacturer's story reports a payment or collection result, such as time from invoice to payment.
- The Suzuki story shows only quote turnaround and systems retired, not what changed for getting paid.

Where: Update this section: the Suzuki tab, beside the "34% faster quote turnaround" and "3 legacy systems retired" results.
Related sections: Four steps between a yes and the payment

What to do:
1. Confirm with customer marketing and the revenue team whether Suzuki or another manufacturer has a measured payment-speed result they can publish.
2. Add that result and a short line on how invoicing and payments changed to the Suzuki tab, or add a tab for the manufacturer that has the result.

Done when: /customers shows a manufacturer's story with a stated result for how much faster they get paid.
