Question 1

“What webhook events are there, and do you have a GraphQL API?”

Answer
Not answered

The site never mentions an API or webhooks. It covers only two-way syncs in Data Hub, with no list of webhook event types and no word on whether a GraphQL or any other API exists.

Add an API and webhooks section to /products/data

Who needs it: Developers and IT or data teams building integrations
Section: /products/data › Data your teams and agents can rely on

What is missing:
- No list of the webhook event types Hourglass can send.
- No statement of the API style offered (REST, GraphQL or both) or its versioning.
- No link to developer documentation for the API and webhooks.

Where: New section on /products/data, placed after "Data your teams and agents can rely on".
Related sections: The tools in Data Hub · Data syncs · Two-way syncs, without custom code
Main topics: Webhook event types by object · API style and whether GraphQL is offered · API versioning · Link to developer documentation

What to do:
1. Confirm with engineering the full list of webhook event types, the API styles offered (including whether there is a GraphQL API) and how the API is versioned.
2. Add the new section with the confirmed event types grouped by object, the API style and a link to the developer docs.

Done when: /products/data lists the webhook event types, states which API styles are available including GraphQL, and links to the developer docs.

Answer full page
The docs list the webhook event types Hourglass can send, linked below. I don't have information on a GraphQL API; the docs describe a versioned REST API, and I can put you in touch with the team if you need more detail.
