Question 1

“Where is our data hosted, and can we choose a region?”

Answer
Partly answered

The site says customers can choose where their data is stored, and that a region is picked when creating a workspace. It never lists the regions on offer, where or with whom data is hosted, or whether the region can be changed later.

List hosting regions and hosting details on /security

Section: /security › Data region choice (card)

What is missing:
- The data regions customers can choose from are not listed.
- Where and with which hosting provider customer data is hosted is not stated.
- Whether the region can be changed after the workspace is created is not stated.

Where: Update this section: Expand the "Data region choice" card in "Security and control, built into every hub", beside "Encryption" and "Single sign-on".

What to do:
1. Confirm with engineering and the security team which regions are offered, where data is hosted and whether the region can be changed later.
2. Add the region list and hosting details to the "Data region choice" card, or a short linked note beneath the card grid.
3. Note which plans include region choice if it differs by plan.

Done when: /security names each data region offered, where data is hosted and whether the region can be changed.
