Question 1

“How do I set up SAML single sign-on?”

Answer
Partly answered

The site says Hourglass supports single sign-on through your identity provider with enforced two-step login. It never mentions SAML, the supported identity providers or the plans that include it, and it has no setup steps or guide.

Single sign-on is one of the security controls built into Hourglass, and setting up SAML 2.0 means connecting your identity provider to your workspace. The step-by-step guide is linked below, including where to upload your identity provider metadata.
