Question 1

“How are the AI agents billed?”

Answer
Partly answered

The site says agent seats can be added team by team on paid plans and that Professional includes the four agents. It never gives an agent seat price, says whether agents are billed per seat or by usage, or explains how Professional's included agents relate to added seats.

Add agent seat pricing to the plan cards on /pricing

Section: /pricing › Pick the plan that fits today

What is missing:
- No price is given for an agent seat on Starter or any other plan.
- The cards don't say whether agents are billed per seat, by usage or both.
- The Professional card says the four agents are included but not how many agent seats or how much use that covers.

Where: Update this section: the "Starter" and "Professional" cards, beside "Agent seats you can add team by team" and "The Customer, Prospecting, Data and Campaign Agents, included".
Related sections: What every plan includes

What to do:
1. Confirm with the revenue team how agents are billed, the agent seat price per plan and what Professional includes.
2. Add the agent seat price and billing basis to the Starter card.
3. State on the Professional card what its included agents cover and when extra seats are billed.

Done when: The /pricing plan cards show what an agent seat costs and how agents are billed on each paid plan.

Answer full page
Agent seats come on paid plans, added as your teams grow, and every plan starts with the free Smart CRM. This page shows what each plan includes and how the four plans compare. Agent usage is measured in agent actions, with a monthly allowance by plan; the docs below explain the details.
