Question 1

“What happens when the Customer Agent can't answer a question?”

Answer
Answered well

The Service Hub page covers this: the Customer Agent says so when it doesn't know and hands sensitive or new questions to the right queue with a short summary and the whole conversation. The Customer Agent page adds topic controls and a review queue.

Answer full page
When a question needs a person, the Customer Agent hands it to your team with the whole conversation attached, and it says so when it doesn't know rather than guessing. This page shows how that handoff works and how you choose the topics it never answers. The docs link below covers the exact rules that send a conversation to a person.

Question 2

“Will my team see the customer's orders and past conversations on each ticket?”

Answer
Answered well

Service Hub states that every ticket shows the customer's orders, plan, past conversations and open deals. The retail page adds that orders, deliveries and returns appear on every conversation.

Answer full page
Yes. In Service Hub, every ticket sits on the same customer record as marketing and sales, so your team sees the customer's history before replying. For retail, that record joins ecommerce, stores and care, so each reply knows the order.

Question 3

“Which channels can our customers reach us on, and is WhatsApp one of them?”

Answer
Partly answered

The site says Service Hub brings email, chat and form requests into one queue, and the Customer Agent answers in chat and email. It never says whether WhatsApp, SMS, social messaging or phone are supported, and gives no complete list of channels.

The Customer Agent answers in chat and email, and Service Hub brings every channel into one queue so your team sees each conversation with the customer's full context. These sections show both. I don't have information on WhatsApp, so I'm happy to put you in touch with the team to confirm.
