Question 1

“Can we connect NetSuite or SAP for invoicing?”

Answer
Partly answered

The site says Revenue Hub sends invoices and payments to your accounting system and Data Hub syncs ERP and billing tools. It never names which accounting or ERP systems are supported, so NetSuite and SAP are not confirmed anywhere.

Answer full page
Revenue Hub includes an accounting sync, so quotes, invoices and payments stay matched between Hourglass and your finance system, and Data Hub syncs your ERP into the same customer record. I don't have a confirmed list naming NetSuite or SAP specifically, so I'm happy to put you in touch with the team to check your setup.
