Question 1

“Where is data hosted, and is there an EU region?”

Answer
Partly answered

The site says you can choose where customer data is stored and pick a region when creating a workspace. It never names the regions offered, where data is hosted or whether an EU region exists.

List the available data regions on /security

Who needs it: CTOs and IT or security reviewers checking a vendor (this visitor: Whirlpool Corporation)
Section: /security › Data region choice (card)

What is missing:
- The data regions available are not named.
- Whether an EU region is offered is not stated.
- Where customer data is physically hosted is not described.

Where: Update this section: expand the "Data region choice" card beside "Encryption" and "Single sign-on".

What to do:
1. Confirm with the security and engineering teams which data regions Hourglass offers, whether one is in the EU and where each is hosted.
2. Add the list of regions and hosting locations to the "Data region choice" card, or link from it to a short regions list on the page.
3. State whether the region can be changed after the workspace is created and which plans include each region.

Done when: /security names every data region offered and says whether customer data can be kept in the EU.
