Question 1

“Can we connect our account and trading systems?”

Answer
Partly answered

The site says Data Hub runs two-way syncs with warehouses, ERPs, billing and support tools, and covers custom objects and field-level permissions. It never says whether account, core banking or trading systems can be connected, which systems are supported, or how a system without a ready-made sync would connect.

Yes. Data Hub syncs the systems you already run into the Smart CRM, so each client's accounts and activity sit on one record, with field-level permissions and a history of every change. This page shows how the syncs work and how to bring every source together.
