Question 1

“Is Hourglass SOC 2 compliant, and how do we get the report?”

Answer
Not answered

The security page covers permissions, audit history, approval steps, single sign-on, data region choice and encryption. It never says whether Hourglass holds SOC 2 or any other certification, or how to request an audit report.

Add a certifications and audit reports section to /security

Who needs it: CTOs and IT or security reviewers checking a vendor
Section: /security › Security and control, built into every hub

What is missing:
- SOC 2 compliance status is not mentioned.
- No other certifications or attestations are listed.
- There is no way described to request a SOC 2 report or other audit documents, or what terms apply (such as an NDA).

Where: New section on /security, placed after "Security and control, built into every hub".
Related sections: Security and control, built into every hub · Audit history · Encryption · Data region choice
Main topics: Certifications and attestations held · SOC 2 report type and audit period · How to request reports and what is required · Other compliance documents available to reviewers

What to do:
1. Confirm with the security and compliance team which certifications Hourglass holds, the SOC 2 report type and period, and the request process.
2. Add the new section listing each confirmed certification and the steps to request its report, with a link to the request route on /contact.

Done when: /security names each certification Hourglass holds and explains how to request its report.

I don't have information about SOC 2 compliance or how to request a report. Our security covers field-level permissions, audit history, approval steps, single sign-on, data region choice and encryption. I can put you in touch with the team, who can answer the SOC 2 question and share what's available.
