Question 1

“Can we stream data into Snowflake?”

Answer
Partly answered

Data Hub offers ready-made two-way syncs with warehouses, ERPs and billing tools, with field rules for conflicts. The site never names which warehouses are supported (Snowflake included), whether data can stream in near real time, or how often syncs run.

Add sync frequency and streaming detail to /products/data

Who needs it: IT and data teams setting up syncs (this visitor: Whirlpool Corporation)
Section: /products/data › Two-way syncs, without custom code (card)

What is missing:
- Whether data can be streamed continuously or only synced in batches is not stated.
- How often warehouse syncs run, and whether this differs by plan, is not stated.
- Whether Hourglass can write data out into a warehouse, not just read from it, is not made explicit.

Where: Update this section: add to the bullet list under "Two-way syncs, without custom code", beside "Ready-made syncs for warehouses, ERPs and billing".

What to do:
1. Confirm with engineering whether warehouse syncs support streaming or near-real-time delivery, the sync intervals offered and any plan differences.
2. Add a bullet on sync frequency and streaming, and one on the direction of data flow into the warehouse.

Done when: /products/data states how often warehouse syncs run and whether data can stream into a warehouse.

Name supported warehouses on the Data syncs card on /products/data

Who needs it: IT and data teams setting up syncs (this visitor: Whirlpool Corporation)
Section: /products/data › Data syncs (card)

What is missing:
- The warehouses Data Hub syncs with are never named, so Snowflake support cannot be confirmed.

Where: Update this section: extend the "Data syncs" card text, which currently says only "Two-way syncs with the systems you already run."
Related sections: Two-way syncs, without custom code

What to do:
1. Confirm with product the list of supported data warehouses, including whether Snowflake is supported.
2. Add the supported warehouse names to the card, with a pointer to the full connector list.

Done when: The Data syncs card on /products/data names each supported warehouse.

Data Hub syncs with data warehouses, and the docs list the warehouses it supports and how often syncs run by plan. I don't have specific information on streaming into Snowflake, so I'm happy to put you in touch with the team to confirm.
