Question 1

“What's the biggest CSV file I can import?”

Answer
Partly answered

The site says you can import spreadsheets with columns mapped to fields and run a test import. It never states the largest CSV file, or the most rows, an import accepts.

Add CSV import limits to the import step on /get-started

Who needs it: Admins setting up a workspace and importing contacts
Section: /get-started › Bring in your contacts (card)

What is missing:
- The maximum CSV file size for one import is not stated.
- The maximum number of rows or records per import is not stated.
- Nothing says what to do with a file larger than the limit.

Where: Update this section: add the limits to the "Bring in your contacts" card, after "Columns map to fields as you go."

What to do:
1. Confirm with engineering the maximum file size and row count per CSV import, and whether limits differ by plan.
2. Add the file size and row limits to the card, with a short pointer for files over the limit, such as splitting the file or asking onboarding for help.

Done when: The "Bring in your contacts" card on /get-started states the maximum CSV file size and row count per import.
