Question 1

“How do you charge for Agents?”

Answer
Partly answered

The site says agent seats can be added team by team on any paid plan and that Professional includes the Customer, Prospecting, Data and Campaign Agents. It never gives a price for an agent seat or explains the billing unit.

Add agent seat pricing to the plan cards on /pricing

Section: /pricing › Pick the plan that fits today

What is missing:
- No price is given for agent seats on the Starter plan.
- It is not stated whether the agents included in Professional cost extra or have seat limits.
- The billing unit for agents (per agent, per seat or per team) is not explained.

Where: Update this section: add a line on agent seat pricing to the "Starter" card under "Agent seats you can add team by team", and a line clarifying cost and limits to the "Professional" card under "The Customer, Prospecting, Data and Campaign Agents, included".

What to do:
1. Confirm with the revenue team the agent seat price, the billing unit and whether Professional's included agents have limits or extra charges.
2. Add the confirmed agent pricing line to the Starter card.
3. Add the clarification on included agents to the Professional card.

Done when: The Starter and Professional cards on /pricing state what agent seats cost and how they are billed.
