Question 1

Answer
Partly answered

The Professional plan price is covered on /pricing (from $79 per seat a month). The site never mentions an API or any API rate limits for Professional or any other plan.

Add API rate limits to the plan cards on /pricing

Who needs it: Developers and technical evaluators comparing plans
Section: /pricing › Professional (card)

What is missing:
- The Professional card gives no API request limits.
- No plan card says whether API access is included or what its limits are.

Where: Update this section: add a line on API access and request limits to the "Professional" card, after "Custom objects and field-level permissions", and matching lines on the "Starter" and "Enterprise" cards.
Related sections: What every plan includes

What to do:
1. Confirm with engineering which plans include API access and the request limits for each plan.
2. Add one line per plan card stating its API limits.
3. Link each line to the API limits section on /products/data.

Done when: Each plan card on /pricing states its API request limits and links to the full API limits details.
Depends on: Add an API limits section to /products/data

What is missing:
- The site never mentions a public API.
- No API request limits are given for any plan, per time window or per day.
- Nothing says what happens when a limit is reached or how to raise it.

Where: New section on /products/data, placed after "Data your teams and agents can rely on".
Related sections: The tools in Data Hub · Data your teams and agents can rely on · Pick the plan that fits today
Main topics: API availability by plan · request limits per short window and per day for each plan · behaviour when a limit is hit · how to request higher limits

What to do:
1. Confirm with engineering the API availability, rate limits per plan and the behaviour when limits are exceeded.
2. Add the new section with a per-plan limits table and a note on handling limit errors.
3. Link the section from the Integrations card in "What every plan includes".

Done when: /products/data has a section listing API request limits for every plan and explaining what happens when they are reached.

The plan comparison shows the Professional plan's price per seat alongside what it adds over Starter. API rate limits aren't on the site, so the docs section below lists request limits for each plan, per 10 seconds and per day.
