Question 1

“What does Hourglass offer enterprises, and how does SCIM provisioning work?”

Answer
Partly answered

The enterprise page covers running many brands, regions and units on one platform, a planned rollout and security controls including single sign-on. The site never mentions SCIM or automatic user provisioning: whether it's supported, which identity providers work, or how users, teams and roles are created and removed.

Add SCIM user provisioning to the Single sign-on card on /security

Who needs it: IT admins and identity teams at enterprises
Section: /security › Single sign-on (card)

What is missing:
- SCIM provisioning is not mentioned anywhere on the site.
- No list of the identity providers that can provision users.
- No explanation of how provisioned users map to teams and roles, or what happens when a user is removed in the identity provider.

Where: Update this section: Extend the "Single sign-on" card, beside "Field-level permissions" and "Audit history", to cover automatic user provisioning alongside sign-in through the identity provider.
Related sections: Built to run across the whole organization · Many teams, one platform

What to do:
1. Confirm with engineering whether Hourglass supports SCIM, on which plans, and which identity providers are supported.
2. Confirm with product how provisioned attributes map to users, teams and roles, and how deprovisioning is handled.
3. Add the confirmed provisioning details to the card, which also appears on /solutions/enterprise, and link to setup guidance.

Done when: /security and /solutions/enterprise say whether SCIM provisioning is supported, with which identity providers, and how users, teams and roles are provisioned and removed.

Answer full page
This page covers how Hourglass runs many brands, regions and teams on one platform, with a rollout planned with you and the security controls large organizations ask for, including single sign-on. SCIM provisioning isn't covered on the site, so the docs below explain how to turn it on and how attributes map to users, teams and roles.
