  1. /products/agentsQuestion 1 asked here
Question 1

“What do agent seats cost, and can we cap the spend?”

Answer
Partly answered

The site says agent seats can be added on any paid plan and that the four agents are included on Professional (from $79 per seat a month). It never gives a price for an agent seat or says whether agent spend can be capped or alerted on. /products/agents, where the question was asked, says nothing about cost.

Add agent seat pricing to the plan cards on /pricing

Who needs it: CFOs and finance teams approving spend (this visitor: Whirlpool Corporation)
Section: /pricing › Pick the plan that fits today

What is missing:
- The Starter card says agent seats can be added team by team but gives no price per agent seat.
- The cards don't say how agent seats are billed: per seat, per agent or by usage.
- Professional includes the agents, but the cards don't say whether that inclusion has a seat or usage limit.

Where: Update this section: Add a line on agent seat pricing to the Starter, Professional and Enterprise cards, under "Agent seats you can add team by team" and "The Customer, Prospecting, Data and Campaign Agents, included".
Related sections: What every plan includes

What to do:
1. Confirm with the revenue team the price and billing unit of an agent seat on each paid plan, and any limits included on Professional.
2. Add the agent seat price and billing unit to each paid plan card.

Done when: Each paid plan card on /pricing states what an agent seat costs and how it is billed.

Answer full page
Agent seats come with the paid plans, and this page shows what each plan costs per seat and which plans include the agents. On Professional and Enterprise, each agent seat includes a monthly allowance of agent actions, and admins are notified as usage nears the limit. The docs below explain those allowances and what happens when you reach them.
