Question 1

“How many API requests can we make per day?”

Answer
Not answered

The site never mentions the API or API request limits. It gives no daily or burst limits for any plan and doesn't say what happens when a limit is reached.

Add an API limits section to /products/data

Who needs it: Developers and IT teams building on the Hourglass API
Section: /products/data › The tools in Data Hub

What is missing:
- The site does not say that Hourglass has an API.
- No daily API request limit is given for any plan.
- No short-window (burst) request limit is given.
- What happens when a request limit is reached is not explained.

Where: New section on /products/data, placed after "Data your teams and agents can rely on".
Related sections: The tools in Data Hub · Data syncs · Two-way syncs, without custom code
Main topics: What the API is for · Request limits per plan, per day and per short window · How limits are counted · What happens when a limit is hit · How to get a higher limit

What to do:
1. Confirm with engineering the API request limits for each plan, the time windows they apply to and the behaviour when a limit is exceeded.
2. Add the section with a per-plan limits table and a short note on handling limits, linking to the API documentation if one exists.

Done when: /products/data lists the API request limits for each plan and explains what happens when a limit is reached.

Daily API request limits depend on your plan, with separate limits per 10 seconds and per day. The docs article below lists the exact numbers for each plan.
