Question 1

“How do you chrge for Agent Hub Agents?”

Answer
Partly answered

The site says agents are added as agent seats on any paid plan, and that the Professional plan includes the Customer, Prospecting, Data and Campaign Agents. It never gives the price of an agent seat, never says whether Agent Hub itself costs extra, and the Agent Hub page says nothing about pricing.

Add agent seat pricing to the Starter plan card on /pricing

Section: /pricing › Starter (card)

What is missing:
- The price of an agent seat on the Starter plan is not stated.
- It is not said whether an agent seat is billed per agent, per team or per user.
- It is not said whether Agent Hub itself is a separate charge or part of each plan.

Where: Update this section: add a line under "Agent seats you can add team by team" on the Starter card.
Related sections: What every plan includes · Agents when you’re ready

What to do:
1. Confirm with the revenue team the agent seat price, what one seat covers and whether Agent Hub is charged separately.
2. Add the seat price and the billing unit to the Starter card.
3. Add a note on the Professional card saying what is included there and when extra agent seats are charged.

Done when: The Starter card on /pricing shows the agent seat price and what one seat covers.
