Question 1

“Can I run one product launch to dealers and end customers separately?”

Answer
Partly answered

Marketing Hub's live segments built on any record field, journeys and the Campaign Agent's audience segments are covered, and the partner page covers giving distributors approved content. The site never says whether one launch campaign can send different messages to dealers and to end customers, or how dealer and end-customer results are reported apart.

Add a one-campaign, several-audiences card to /products/marketing

Section: /products/marketing › From the right audience to revenue you can trace

What is missing:
- Nothing says one campaign can send different messages to separate audiences, such as dealers and end customers.
- Nothing says whether campaign reporting can show results for each audience within one launch.

Where: Update this section: add a third card beside "Segments that update themselves" and "Reporting tied to revenue".
Related sections: Journeys · Campaign plans

What to do:
1. Confirm with product whether one campaign can hold separate sends and journeys for different segments, and whether reporting splits results by segment.
2. Add a card covering a launch that reaches two audiences with their own messages, using dealers and end customers as the example.

Done when: /products/marketing explains whether one launch can send separate messages to dealers and end customers and how their results are reported.

Yes, you can plan one launch and reach dealers and end customers as separate audiences. Marketing Hub's live segments and journeys let you split the audience, the Campaign Agent drafts the plan and segments for your team to approve, and the partner playbook shows how to equip your dealers to sell.
