Question 1

“Does Hourglass integrate with point-of-sale systems?”

Answer
Partly answered

The site says Data Hub syncs warehouses, ERPs and billing tools, and the retail page puts store visits and home store on the shopper record. It never says whether point-of-sale systems connect, which ones, or how in-store purchases reach the record.

What to do:
1. Confirm with product and engineering whether Hourglass offers point-of-sale syncs, and which systems are supported natively or through the app marketplace.
2. Add the confirmed point-of-sale support to the card's list, with a link to the supported systems.

Done when: /products/data states whether point-of-sale systems sync and names the supported ones.

I don't have information on point-of-sale integrations specifically. What I can share is that Data Hub syncs your warehouse, ERP and billing tools into the Smart CRM, and retailers use Hourglass to connect ecommerce, stores and customer care on one shopper record. I'm happy to put you in touch with the team to confirm whether your point-of-sale system connects.
