  1. /solutions/financial-servicesQuestion 1 asked here
Question 1

“How long does it take to move from our current CRM?”

Answer
Partly answered

The site says a move takes weeks, lays out a four-step migration and cites Allica Bank going live with its first team in 6 weeks. It never gives a typical timeline per step or for a full rollout, never says what makes a move longer, and the financial services page has no migration section.

Add typical durations to the migration steps on /solutions/switch-crm

Section: /solutions/switch-crm › Four steps to a calm switch

What is missing:
- No typical duration is given for planning, the test import, team-by-team go-lives or retiring old tools.
- No overall time range for a full migration is given.
- Nothing says what makes a migration take longer, such as data volume, custom objects or number of teams.

Where: Update this section: Add a typical duration to each card, "Plan the move", "Run a test import", "Go live team by team" and "Retire the old tools", and an overall range under the section intro.
Related sections: Moving from your current CRM · What a calm switch looks like

What to do:
1. Confirm with the onboarding team the typical duration of each step and the overall range by company size.
2. Add a duration line to each step card and an overall range to the section intro.
3. Add a short note on the factors that lengthen or shorten a move.

Done when: /solutions/switch-crm shows a typical time for each of the four steps and an overall migration range.
