Question 1

“Is there a revenue risk if ChatGPT starts recommending our competitors' appliances instead of ours?”

Answer
Partly answered

The AI Search Visibility page shows how often assistants mention, cite or recommend others instead of your brand, week by week. The site never ties those mentions to revenue or pipeline, and has no customer results for AI search visibility.

We can't put a figure on that risk, but you can see it. AI Search Visibility, part of Content Hub, tracks how often AI assistants mention and cite your brand for the questions your buyers ask. It checks every week and suggests the pages that would earn a better answer. This page shows what it measures and how your team can improve it.

Question 2

“If we sign and the migration goes badly, what's our exposure, and how would we get out?”

Answer
Partly answered

The site covers a test import, team-by-team go-lives with old and new systems running side by side, no long-term contract on monthly plans, and data that is exportable at any time. It never explains cancellation or exit terms for annual or Enterprise contracts, how data is returned on leaving, or what happens if a migration has to be rolled back.

A move to Hourglass is planned to limit exposure: a test import before anything goes live, then team-by-team go-lives so the old system keeps running until each team is ready. Monthly plans carry no long-term contract, but I don't have details on exit terms or taking your data out, so I can put you in touch with the team for those. This page shows why switches stall, how a planned move avoids each risk, and teams like Suzuki that switched one team at a time.
