Question 1

“Is there an audit trail of who changed prices or approved discounts?”

Answer
Partly answered

The site says every change is logged with who made it and when, and that discounts above set limits go to finance with every approval decision recorded. It never says that edits to price lists are logged, and the Revenue Hub page doesn't say who approved a discount is kept on record.

Name price and discount changes in the audit history card on /security

Who needs it: CFOs and finance teams checking pricing controls (this visitor: Whirlpool Corporation)
Section: /security › Audit history (card)

What is missing:
- The audit history card doesn't say whether edits to price lists and discount rules are recorded.
- The card doesn't say that discount approvals, with the approver and time, appear in the audit history.

Where: Update this section: extend the "Audit history" card, beside "Approval steps" and "Field-level permissions".
Related sections: Quotes your team can send with confidence

What to do:
1. Confirm with product which pricing events (price list edits, discount rule changes, discount approvals) are captured in the audit history.
2. Add a line to the card naming the confirmed pricing and approval events and that each shows who acted and when.

Done when: /security's audit history card states whether price list changes and discount approvals are logged with who and when.

Yes. Hourglass keeps an audit history of changes and routes discounts through approval steps, so you can see who changed what and who approved it. This page shows the security controls and how discount approvals work in Revenue Hub.
