Change your plan or seats, pay invoices and cancel.
Plans at a glance
Hourglass has four plans: Free, Starter (from $18 per seat a month), Professional (from $79 per seat a month) and Enterprise (priced per organization). See the pricing page for what each includes.
Change plans or seats
Upgrades and new seats take effect at once, and you pay the difference for the rest of the billing period. A downgrade takes effect at the end of the period; features the lower plan doesn't include stop then, and their data stays in place in case you upgrade again.
Invoices and payment methods
Pay by card on any plan, or by bank transfer on annual Enterprise contracts. Invoices are in Settings › Billing › Invoices, and you can add a billing email so finance gets a copy of each one.
Cancel your subscription
An admin can cancel from Settings › Billing › Cancel subscription. Paid features stop at the end of the billing period, and the workspace moves to the free CRM; nothing is deleted. To close the workspace completely, export your data first, then ask support to delete it. Deletion is final after 30 days.
