Data warehouse sync
How often warehouse syncs run, and what happens when both sides change.
Supported warehouses
Data Hub syncs with any warehouse that accepts a standard SQL connection, and with warehouses that export Parquet files to object storage. Read-only syncs need a user with SELECT on the tables you map; two-way syncs also need write access to a schema Hourglass manages.
Sync schedule
Syncs run every 15 minutes on Professional and every 5 minutes on Enterprise. You can also start a sync at any time from Data Hub › Syncs › Run now. The sync history shows each run's records read, written and skipped.
When both sides change
By default the most recent change wins. For any mapped field you can instead name a source of truth (Hourglass or the warehouse), and changes from the other side are ignored for that field. Conflicts are listed in the sync history so you can check them.
