What the Customer Agent answers from, and how often it updates.
What it can learn from
The Customer Agent answers from:
- your knowledge base articles;
- files you upload: PDF, DOCX and TXT, up to 20 MB each and 500 files in all;
- web pages on domains you verify.
It also reads the customer's own records, such as orders and tickets, when a question is about their account.
How often sources update
Knowledge base articles are used as soon as they're published, and files as soon as they finish uploading. Web pages are read again every night. You can re-read a page straight away from Knowledge sources › Refresh.
