Limits by plan

Limits apply per workspace:

Starter: 100 requests per 10 seconds, 250,000 a day.
Professional: 150 requests per 10 seconds, 500,000 a day.
Enterprise: 200 requests per 10 seconds, 1,000,000 a day.

The free CRM can call the API at Starter's limits.
